The Bantam Forest Flyers travelled to Vermilion Bay this past weekend (April 18th and 19th)to participate in Vermilion Bay's Bantam tournament in their newly renovated arena.
Anticipation was high and the crowds were buzzing this past weekend as the Keewatin Place Blues atom team prepared to play their Moms in the annual Mom’s Game Classic at the Kenora Recreation Centre.

The Pro Auto Glass Flyers and the McDonalds Bruins finished atop their league after the regular season and faced off on March 31st to play for the Lake of the Woods Peewee League Championship. These two teams had many great games during the regular season including two ties – there was no doubt this would be another classic battle.

The Kenora Legion Bruins Atom Team of the Lake of the Woods Minor Hockey Association walked away from Lac du Bonnet this past weekend Consolation Side Champions.
Keewatin Place Blues takes A-side Runners up against the Fort Frances PeeWee BDO Dunwoody Girls, for a final score of 5-4 for BDO, in the Fort Frances Atom Tournament, this past weekend, January 25-27,2008.
